Aaron Vaughn Humeyumptewa

CASA BLANCA - Aaron Vaughn "Dollie" Humeyumptewa, 42, died on April 15, 2015.

The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at Lighthouse Church. The graveside service will be at 6:30 a.m. Friday in Sweetwater Cemetery. Pastor Waylon Soke will officiate.

Mr. Humeyumptewa was born on March 13, 1973, in Sacaton. He was a housekeeper at Caring House in Sacaton and enjoyed talking and listening to the residents and cared very much for all of them. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Ferris and Alva Humeyumptewa of Hotevilla; his mother and stepfather, Rozella and Milton Nelson of Casa Blanca; three stepsons, Levi and Nicholas Jackson of Blackwater and Little Bear Phillips of Sacaton; a stepdaughter, Nicollette Jackson of Sacaton; two brothers, Faron Humeyumptewa of Maricopa and Elgene Humeyumptewa of Casa Blanca; and a sister, Farrah Humeyumptewa of Casa Blanca.
