Adam Spencer Curtis, 23, of Casa Grande died on March 10, 2012, at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday at Trinity Southern Baptist Church. The celebration of life will follow at 10, with the Rev. Keith Durham officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Safford Cemetery.
Mr. Curtis was born on July 23, 1988, in Mesa. He worked with livestock in bovine podiatry. Music was his passion and he was a member of Man Up Squad and co-founder of Problem Chyld Entertainment. He loved riding his dirt bike and spending time with his family and friends. He was devoted to his family.
Survivors include his wife, Jennelle; three sons, Addison Spencer Curtis, Aden David Curtis and Andin Adam Curtis, all of Casa Grande; a daughter, Lilye Louise Curtis of Casa Grande; his parents, David and Ronnie DeHaan of Casa Grande; three brothers, Michael Curtis of Thatcher, Jared Curtis of Mesa and Jason Bowers of Arizona City; and three sisters, Caryl Costello of Thatcher, Erica Holweger of Aurora, Colo., and Rebecca A. McEuen of Arizona City.
