Alejandra Juanita Requena-Ramirez, infant daughter of Juan Ramirez and Alberta Requena of Surprise, was born and died June 3, 2007 at Del Webb Memorial Hospital in Sun City West.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande. The graveside service will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.

In addition to her parents, survivors include grandparents, Jesus and Maria Ramirez of Zacatecas, Mexico; Filiberto Requena of Maricopa and Maria Perez of Arizona City.
