Alfonso Palacios

COOLIDGE - Alfonso Palacios, 88, of Coolidge died on Oct. 12, 2015.
Mr. Palacios was born on Nov. 2, 1926, in Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a son of Trinidad and Anastacia Palacios. He was a humble man who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also was a hardworking farmworker who was loyal to his job and loved the cotton fields.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lourdes; four sons, Oscar, Manuel and Mario Palacios of Coolidge and Roberto Palacios of Casa Grande; a sister, Maria Duran of Coolidge; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Luis and Daniel Palacios, and a sister, Anita Guillen.
Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today, with visitation to follow, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. James Catholic Church by the Rev. Adolfo Martinez. Burial will be in Heritage Valley Memorial Park.
