Alfred Brown

SNAKETOWN — Alfred Brown Jr., 49, died on May 27, 2011, in Chandler.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at the family home, with the wake continuing after 6 at the Oleta Brown home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Bapchule. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery.
Mr. Brown was born on June 4, 1961, in Sacaton. He served in the Army from 1979 to 1982 and was an attendant in the hospitality industry.
Survivors include his mother, Oleta Brown of Bapchule; his companion, Mitzie Williams; a daughter, Vanessa Brown of California; three sons, Joshua, Joseph and Alfred Brown III, all of California; a sister, Maxine Brown of Lone Butte; a brother, Delton Brown Sr. of Bapchule; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Brown Sr., and a brother, Darrell Brown.
