Alfred Reams

SACATON - Alfred Freddie Reams, 86, of Sacaton died on May 29, 2018.

Mr. Reams was born on Sept. 10, 1931, in Sacaton to Robert Manyan and Edna Reams. He served in both the Army Airborne and Marine Corps.

He loved being around people, telling jokes and making them laugh. He loved deep sea fishing, travel and participating in Pee Posh Bird singing. He loved being with his family and visiting with friends.

Survivors include four adult children, Fernando, Lyle and Fernanda Reams, all of Sacaton, and Selwyn Reams of Clarkdale; a sister, Barbara Williams of California; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two children and five siblings.

Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 15, at the District 3 Service Center. Communion service at 6 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Sacaton. Burial in Sacaton East Cemetery.
