**Obituary for Alfredo Cervantes Medrano**

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alfredo Cervantes Medrano, age 79, of Eloy, Arizona, who departed this life on January 11, 2025. Alfredo was born on May 30, 1945, to Richard and Petra Medrano.

Alfredo cherished his hobbies of collecting coins and gardening. He dedicated much of his time to his yard, ensuring its beauty and cleanliness. In his professional life, he served as a custodian at Hoemako Hospital before continuing his career at The Mary C. O’Brien School, where he eventually retired.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Richard and Petra, and his brother, Armando C. Medrano. Alfredo is survived by his siblings, Alice Medrano of Picacho, Arizona, and Raul C. Medrano of Tucson, Arizona.

Graveside services honoring Alfredo’s life will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Eloy Memorial Park.
