Alicen Cait Apkaw

In loving memory of Alicen Cait Apkaw, who at just 22 years old, departed this world on June 1, 2024. Born on August 2, 2001, in Chandler to her parents Alonzo Apkaw and Cheryl Miller, Alicen was a beacon of love and protection for her family and friends. Her warm presence was a source of and security for all who knew her.

Alicen's vibrant spirit overflowed with laughter, smiles, and boundless joy. Her love for singing and dancing illuminated every room she graced, infusing it with a sense of celebration. She exuded an outspoken and free-spirited nature, drawing others in with her radiant personality. Making friends came effortlessly to her, as her welcoming demeanor touched the hearts of many.

Her compassionate soul knew no bounds; she lived a life marked by selflessness and care for others. Alicen's heart was as expansive as it was kind, embodying a rare generosity that she freely shared with those around her. Her love for shopping was only surpassed by her love for her cherished family and friends, whom she adored spending time with.

At the casino where she worked, Alicen found joy in her role and spread love wherever she went – earning the affection of countless individuals. Her untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of many and has deeply saddened both her loved ones and the wider community.

Alicen is survived by her beloved mother and father, along with her siblings Dalen Juan Jr., Deanna Juan, Delayna Miller, Aliyah Lopez, Alicea Apkaw, Alijah Apkaw and her significant other, Allisia Ramon . She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will forever cherish memories of their dear aunt.
