PICACHO - Alicia Olga Cevedia, 74, of Picacho died on Nov. 25, 2015, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy, with rosary recited at 11:30. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon by the Rev. Rudy Rosales. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mrs. Cevedia was born on Nov. 5, 1941, in Eloy and was a daughter of Santiago and Altagracia Serda. She was a cook supervisor for 17 years at Corrections Corporation of America. Called Nana by most, she enjoyed shopping, spending time with family and watching game shows.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Frank M. Cevedia Sr.; two sons, Frank Cevedia Jr. of Casa Grande and Robert M. Cevedia of Eloy; a daughter, Veronica F. Cevedia of Picacho; three brothers, Jesus and Pete Serda of Eloy and Tony Serda of Phoenix; two sisters, Marciana Chacon of Casa Grande and Mary Alderete of Tucson; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lupe Tarango and Sylvia Tapia.
