Allen John Shoaf

Allen John Shoaf, 85, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 20, 2017, at home.

Mr. Shoaf was born on Nov. 24, 1931, in Masontown, Pennsylvania, to Raymond E. and Pearl Lemon Shoaf. He met and married Mary Lou Thomas in Cleveland, and they enjoyed 62 years together and had six children.

They raised their children on a small farm. He enjoyed working in his yard, gardening and raising animals. He was a very selfless man who was devoted to his family, and they were his pride and joy. While working as a truck driver, he made sure he was home every night.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Paul and Garry Shoaf; four daughters, Diana Ullrich, Patricia Nava, Nancy Shroka and Lisa Krelic; 19 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
