Allie Brown

SAN TAN VALLEY — Allie Brown, 96, of San Tan Valley died on Nov. 27, 2012, at Archstone Care Center in Chandler.
A private service is planned.
Mrs. Brown was born on Dec. 15, 1915, in Birmingham, Ala., and was a daughter of Harvey Peterson and Etta Sullivan. She was an elementary school teacher before retirement. She was Methodist and at Miles Chapel in Alabama she was in the Church Guild. She enjoyed travel, music and especially singing in the church choir. Taking care of her family was her passion.
Survivors include a son, Harvey M. Landrum of San Tan Valley; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, William Landrum and Samuel Brown; two brothers; and two sisters.
