SACATON — Alvin Dale Miguel, 65, of Sacaton died on May 14, 2013, at Caring House.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at the District 3 Service Center. The graveside service will be at 6 a.m. Tuesday in East Sacaton Cemetery.
Mr. Miguel was born on July 23, 1947, in Sacaton and was a son of Leon and Eugenia Miguel. He was a food handler for the tribal government and was always joking and making people laugh.
He played baseball and basketball and enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, watching action movies, working on people's cars and listening to The Beatles. He loved spending time with his only grandson and was a Celtics fan. He was a drummer in a band when he was younger.
Survivors include a daughter, Andrea Miguel of Sacaton, and his grandson. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Barry Miguel and Michael Losey, and two sisters, Myrna and Linda Miguel.
