Alyssa Marie Maldonado

Alyssa Marie Maldonado, age 23 of El Mirage, passed away on Tuesday January 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends.  Alyssa lost her life after a terrible automobile accident.  She was kept alive in order for her organs to be donated so that others may live.  Her generous and unselfish gift was accomplished on Friday evening January 31, 2025, culminating with the "Walk Of Honor" at the Chandler Regional Medical Center.

She was born into this world on March 15, 2001 in Phoenix to her parents, April Ornelas and Alejandro Maldonado Jr.,   and lived her entire life in and around El Mirage.  Alyssa brought joy and love to everyone she encountered.  She had a huge heart and infectious smile.  She was the most generous person and would go above and beyond to help anyone.  She was known to lift up anyone when they were feeling down, and had a wonderful love for animals, especially dogs.  

Alyssa is survived by her loving parents, April Ornelas and Alejandro Maldonado Jr., siblings, Alejandra Maldonado and Albert and Aldolfo Ornelas.  Also survived by her beloved aunt and uncle, Angie & Eddie Soliz and numerous other dear friends and extended family.  Preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Sally Gallegos.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday February 7, 2025 11:00a.m at J Warren Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, 525 N Peart Road, Casa Grande.  Reception to follow service in Memory Gardens Reception Hall on the grounds of the Gardens Chapel.
