ELOY — Andrew Dominic Ortega Jr., infant son of Andrew Ortega and Amanda Yanez, was born and died on June 2, 2011, at Chandler Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park. Pastor Yolanda Cruz will officiate.
Other survivors include a brother, Jovonni Yanez of Eloy, and grandparents, Virginia Ortiz and Angelo Gonzales Sr. of Eloy and Lydia Ramos of Casa Grande.
