CASA GRANDE - Argelia "Angie" Rodriguez, 75, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 11, 2016, at home, surrounded by loved ones.
Mrs. Rodriguez was born on May 30, 1941, in Texas to Roberto Barrera and Teresa Villarreal. She lived a life filled with laughter and love. She was a homemaker and was devoted to her family, her pride and joy, and kept a clean house. She was known as a caring mother, independent, strong willed, sarcastic and a little bit "crazy" in her own way.
She loved going to casinos with her husband and cheering on her Dallas Cowboys. She was a talented thrift shopper and antique collector. Her happiest moments were when her family would gather and spend time together. She was devoted to her God, whom she praised and worshiped daily.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Saturnino "Frank"; seven sons and daughters, Adam, Marcos, Sarita, Joe and Sal Rodriguez, Nicki Cantu and Shirley Rodriguez; six sisters; two brothers; and 15 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The celebration of life will follow at 10.
