FLORENCE - Angelo Benedict Enos, 63, of Florence Village, Tohono O’odham Nation, died on May 31, 2015, at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Angela Nathan home in Sacaton Flats. The funeral will be at 6 p.m. at the Enos home in Florence Village, with a wake following. Deacon Alfred Gonzales will officiate. Burial will be early Monday in Florence Cemetery.
Mr. Enos was born on Sept. 11, 1951, in Sacaton and was a son of Robert G. and Mary (Juan) Enos. He worked at Plaza Healthcare in Scottsdale for 15 years and was a housekeeper.
His hobbies were beadwork, whittling to make toys and handles for knives, and woodworking. He also enjoyed crossword puzzles, drawing and listening to waila music. He enjoyed talking to his grandchildren and everyone.
Survivors include a son, Justin Enos of Sacaton Flats; a brother, Chester Antone of Santa Cruz Village; a sister, Vickki Antone of Santa Cruz; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanna (Nathan) Enos, and a daughter, Carla Enos.
