Anna Katherine Householder

Anna Katherine Householder, 75, of Eloy, Arizona passed away August 21, 2016 at home. She was born on October 27, 1940 in Heloise, Tennessee to John and Ruth Henry.

Anna was a devoted Christian and wife. She loved the Message of the Hour, her family and taking care of those she loved. She had a caring personality and loved to laugh. Anna loved to cook and always made sure to keep her cookie jar full for her grandchildren. She loved playing the piano and singing; her family loved her beautiful singing voice. Anna had a nurturing heart and will truly be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Wally Householder; their four children and spouses: Jonathan and Beth Householder, Samuel and Dana Householder, David and Shelly Householder, Joey and Ruth Salzman; her three stepchildren and their spouses: Marilyn Householder, Wayne and Lisa Householder, Nathaniel and Andrea Householder; two brothers, Ray and Lowell Henry; three sisters, Shirley Watkins, Brenda Moilanen and Betty Householder; two half siblings, Clyde Gasser and Rachel Chambless; two stepsisters, Ruthann and Charlotte; 38 grand and step-grandchildren, 37 great-grand and step-grandchildren and one great-great step-grandchild.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Ruth Gasser; her stepfather, Bill Gasser; four stepchildren, Douglas, Phillip, Rebekah and Reuben Householder; two brothers, Charles and James Henry; two sisters, Helen Martin and Wanda Roberson; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends at J. Warren, Cole and Maud The Gardens Chapel on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 9 to 10 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. with Brother Aaron Olson officiating. Interment will be at White Water Cemetery in Elfrida, Arizona on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 10 a.m.
