Anne Holder, 82, died in her sleep on Nov. 25, 2017, at her home in Casa Grande.
Mrs. Holder was born on Dec. 12, 1934, in Stewartsville, New Jersey, a daughter of Allen and Ruth Stone. She graduated from Phillipsburg (New Jersey) High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Harry Marugg, on June 11, 1955.
They moved to Connecticut, where he was employed by Pratt & Whitney. In 1959, they moved to Brigham City, Utah, when he accepted a position at Thiokol. She enjoyed fishing and camping and was known as a fantastic cook. She was especially proud of her family.
She is survived by her husband, James Holder; two daughters, Kathy Stibor of Afton, Wyoming, and Lori Skrlac of Wasilla, Alaska; a son, Ed Marugg of Clarkston, Washington; two sisters, Barbara Dean and Beverly Fucci; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband.
Memorial service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, at the Church of Christ in Casa Grande.
