Anne Laree Jefferies, 42, of Casa Grande died on June 25, 2015, at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa.
The memorial service was at 6 p.m. Monday at Coolidge Church of the Nazarene, with Chaplain Bob Wainwright officiating.
Mrs. Jefferies was born on Nov. 29, 1972, in American Fork, Utah. A personal trainer, she was loving and devoted to her husband, Jeff. Together they had five amazing children whom she taught, nurtured and served selflessly. She was always a patient, tender and gentle mother and wife.
With her bright big eyes and perpetual smile, she was known as a sunshiny, fun and loving person with a positive attitude and happy countenance.
In addition to her husband, survivors include three sons, Soren, Jace and Kellan Jefferies, all of Casa Grande; two daughters, Maia and Teya Jefferies of Casa Grande; her parents, Larry Myers of Utah and Sandra Myers of Maryland; two brothers, Tony Myers of Idaho and Tim Myers of Canada; and three sisters, Missy Eakins of Maryland, Tracie Needham of North Carolina and Joidee Gappmayer of Utah.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
