Born in Leetonia, Ohio, a son of Carlo and Mary Borsani. He was an Army Veteran of WWII. For 18 years he served as constable, an elected county office, responsibile for serving court papers. He also ran a shoe repair shop. He waas a member and usher at St Anthony's Catholic Church where he ran bingo games for the VFW af the American Legion, for which he werved as commander. He was known as "Lolo" by his family. Burial was held at Mt. View Cemetery.
