Arlene Florence Stephens, 71, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 9, 2012, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral will begin at 10, with Pastor Keith Durham officiating. Burial will be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.
Mrs. Stephens was born on Feb. 2, 1941, in Detroit and was a daughter of Loretta Florence Carter and Vernon F. Wieduwilt. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Southern Baptist Church for 38 years. She was devoted to her family and got the most out of spending time with them and friends. She was artistic and loved horses, Stephen King books and painting.
Survivors include four daughters, Sandra Apodaca of Casa Grande, Peggy Myers of Tennessee, Loretta Killmer of Willcox and Carole Wood of Queen Creek; two sons, Glenn and Scott Miller of Casa Grande; two stepdaughters, Mary Stephens and Cathy Porter of Casa Grande; two stepsons, Randy Stephens of Casa Grande and Butch Stephens of Texas; three sisters, Linda Armstrong, Donna Weiduwilt and Lorri Rose, all of Michigan; two brothers, John and Alan Weiduwilt of Michigan; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. "Bud."
