Arlinda Mae Narcia

AK-CHIN - Arlinda Mae Narcia, 72, died on Sept. 22, 2017, in Chandler, surrounded by her loved ones.
Ms. Narcia was born on Oct. 18, 1944, in Bapchule to Edward and Elsie Losey Narcia. She was known for her cooking and love of family, feeding people physically and emotionally as well. She was described by a family member as "kind, calm, witty and a spiritual person" who made people better. She loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays.
She is survived by a daughter, Yolanda Miranda; her husband, Arthur R. Miranda; three sisters, Mildred Narcia, Elizabeth Valles and Gloria Narcia; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Wake from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at 45083 W. Pablo Ave. in Ak-Chin. Funeral at 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Vah-Ki Presbyterian Church. Burial in Vah-Ki Cemetery.
