COOLIDGE — Arthur Eugene “Tuffy” Gilbert, 41, of Coolidge died on Feb. 28, 2011.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The funeral will follow at 3, with Pastor Scott Bailey officiating.
Mr. Gilbert was born on April 22, 1969, in Blythe, Calif. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and liked country music, especially Hank Williams Sr., telling stories and spending time with his family. He called his sister “Sarge” and liked embarrassing his nieces, calling them “Judge Judy” and “Aunt Jackelyn.” He had a good memory and enjoyed karaoke. His biggest dream was to become a millionaire.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Dodson of Coolidge, and a sister, Tammy Miller of Coolidge. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Gilbert; grandparents, Mildred and Arthur Lacy; and a brother, Robert Fite.
