ELOY — Aurelia Bojorquez Tafolla, 79, of Eloy died on April 13, 2013, at home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel. The funeral there will be at 10 a.m. Friday, with Chaplain Cesar Tellez officiating. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Ms. Tafolla was born on Sept. 12, 1933, in Gadsden and was a daughter of Pedro and Guadalupe Bojorquez. She was a homemaker who loved family gatherings and cooking for everyone who came to her house. She served as mother and father to all her children.
Survivors include four daughters, Veronica Rodriguez, Olivia Ramos and Lupe Tafolla, all of Eloy, and Terry Tafolla of Yuma; four sons, Jose C. "Payo" Tafolla of Eloy, Fernando Vanegas of Salt Lake City, Danny Marquez of Far West, Utah, and Rudy Tafolla of Phoenix; 20 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Henry, Sisto and Pedro Bojorquez Jr.
