Benedict Dean Gonzales

Benedict Dean Gonzales, 34, of Bapchule, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on November 10, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 21, 1990, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Hiawatha Setoyant and Fern Gonzales.

Affectionately known as "Benny" to his friends and family, he was a vibrant spirit who lived life on his own terms. Benny had a profound love for the outdoors and thrived in dynamic environments, never content to stay in one place for too long. His infectious personality and radiant smile had the remarkable ability to illuminate any room he entered. Benny was known for his humor and laughter, which he shared generously, ensuring that there was never a dull moment in his company. His kindness was evident in his willingness to help those around him, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him. Benedict will be remembered for his warmth, laughter, and the joy he brought into the lives of those around him.

Benny is survived by his beloved children: Elizabeth, Jayden, Benjamin, Raiel, and Adelaiyah, as well as his sister, Christina Gonzales. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Barry Setoyant, Johns Setoyant, and Fernald Gonzales.

A wake in honor of Benedict will be held on Friday, October 22nd, at 6:00 PM at the District Five Multipurpose Building in Casa Blanca. A burial service will follow the next morning at 7:00 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Bapchule.
