Beth Acosta

FLORENCE — Beth Acosta, 72, of Florence died on April 20, 2011.
The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Victory Tabernacle, 339 S. Lindsay Road in Gilbert.
Ms. Acosta was born on Oct. 10, 1938, in Paris, Texas, and was a daughter of Columbus and Annie Jones. She was an accountant and worked for the Arizona Department of Corrections for 18 years. She enjoyed cooking and was devoted to her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending family gatherings.
Survivors include three sons, Fernando Acosta of Tucson, Carlos Acosta of Queen Creek and Tony Acosta of Coolidge; a daughter, Kristi Acosta of Trenton, Tenn.; a brother, Donny Jones of Chandler; four sisters, Anne Curtis of Briggsville, Pa., Jean Rhine of San Antonio, Texas, Ethel Thomas and Barbara Carden of Marysville, Calif.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
