Betty Chambers

Betty Louise Chambers, 69, of Phoenix died on July 5, 2013, at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande. The funeral will follow at 10, with Pastor Edward Wooten officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mrs. Chambers was born on Dec. 10, 1943, in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She was a medical caregiver and was devoted to her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Robert D.; two sons, Ronald D. Chambers of Casa Grande and Robert Dwayne Chambers of Little Rock, Ark.; a daughter, Rhonda D. Lewis of Chandler; her mother, Frances L. Foote of Chandler; three brothers, Ernest Foote of Washington, Harold Foote of Chandler and Larry Foote of Mesa; a sister, Barbara A. Lawrence of Tempe; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest C. Foote, and a brother, Jerry Foote.
