Beverly Ann Ybarra

BLACKWATER - Beverly Ann Ybarra, 48, of Blackwater died on April 21, 2016.

Mrs. Ybarra was born on April 6, 1968, in Zuni, New Mexico. She was a homemaker and liked listening to and dancing to Mexican music, cooking and spending time with her family. She always made sure the bills were paid and was very organized and clean. She was proud of her dual heritage and respected the Navajo and Pima ways of living.

Survivors include two sons, Marcus Anthony Ybarra and Jesse Ybarra Jr. of Blackwater; a daughter, Priscilla Ybarra of Blackwater; her mother, Lucy Boyd Antone of Blackwater; and two brothers, Scott Antone of Sacaton and Duke Antone of Coolidge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Ybarra Sr., and her father, Edison Antone Jr.

The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the Ybarra home, 678 Bamboo St. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Mission. Burial will be in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.
