Bo Warren

Bo Warren, 73, of Arizona City, Arizona passed away September 27, 2016 at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. He was born on August 4, 1943 in Lewisville, Arkansas to Bill and Elizabeth Laura Kellie Warren.
Bo graduated from Santa Cruz Valley High School in 1961 and from Grand Canyon College in 1966. He taught physical education at Evergreen School and Casa Grande Junior High until June of 1970 when he entered the farming industry. Bo and his wife Jackie purchased the farm in 1981 and renamed it B&J Farms. Bo farmed up until the time of his passing. During his school years he played basketball at Santa Cruz Valley High School and on the Grand Canyon College team. He entered the college team as a walk on and wound up being a starting player all four years of his college career. Bo coached boys and girls varsity basketball at Santa Cruz Valley High School from 1978 to 2001. He was also a devoted little league coach, softball coach, as well as playing softball when he was younger. Bo was an avid sports fan all his life - he held season tickets to ASU, the Phoenix Suns, Diamondbacks, Cardinals.
Bo was well known for his work in the Arizona City community - he was meticulous in keeping his farm and the surrounding community clean. He was without a doubt the most immaculate farmer around. He was known for his generosity and caring heart.
Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
Bo is survived by his wife, Jacqueline M. Warren, Arizona City, AZ; daughter Kimberly Smiley of Casa Grande, AZ, daughter Debbie Roth of Santa Barbara, CA, daughter Yvonne Heaton of Chandler, AZ, son Russell Warren of Casa Grande, AZ, son Christopher Warren of Gilbert, AZ; brother Jerry W. Warren of Casa Grande, AZ; sister Mary Wilson of Rio Rico, AZ; brother Ken Buchanan of Fountain Hills, AZ; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bill Warren and Elizabeth Laura Kellie Redmon; sister Robbie Dale Jack Warren; sister Billie Jean Buchanan; brother Michael Warren.
