Brenda Mae Allison

SACATON - Brenda Mae Allison, 56, of Sacaton died on Dec. 19, 2013, at home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 11 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Santan Assembly of God, with the Rev. Irving Terry officiating. Burial will be in Stotonic Cemetery.

Mrs. Allison was born on Nov. 11, 1957, in Sacaton. She loved her family. Considered very inspirational to others and having a "heart of gold," she worked at District 4 Gila River Head Start as a parent advocate, also was a homemaker and enjoyed watching all sports.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Gary; two sons, Andrew Allison of Goodyear Village and Gabriel Allison of Stotonic; two daughters, Lynnelle Allison and Golden Fulwilder of Stotonic; a brother, Neal Norris of Sacaton; five sisters, Arlene Mix, Sharon Lomeli, Linda Porter and Cheryl Eschief, all of Stotonic, and Rosella Norris of San Francisco; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Dorothy Norris, and two sons, Stetson and Bobby Allison.
