Bridgette Kathleen Perea, 53, died on Jan. 14, 2025, at Mercy Gilbert Hospital.
Mrs. Perea was born on Oct. 29, 1971, in Onondaga, New York. She graduated from Liverpool High School in Liverpool, New York, a suburb of Syracuse. She lived in Casa Grande since 2004 after moving from Syracuse, New York, in 1996. She was a ray of light and had a beautiful smile, an infectious laugh and a sharp wit. She was a fighter and warrior while always staying positive throughout her battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was devoted to her family and always put them first. People could depend on her for words of wisdom, encouragement and love. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and children and loved her dogs Maggie and Bella. She also enjoyed watching Food Network and sharing recipes with her husband. She enjoyed shopping and going for drives. She loved country music. She worked at Laser Ship/OnTrac for 25-plus years.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Ernesto Miguel Perea; three adult children, Brandon K., Mia K. and Makenzie Perea; a brother, Robert S. Bacon; and her mother, Karen A. Bacon. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Bacon.
Visitation from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel.
