On February 16, 2024, the world lost a ray of sunshine as Calliope Quinnel Namingha, aged 1, passed away. Born on December 14, 2022, in Phoenix to Amber Namingha, she brought immense joy and love into her life.
Calliope had a special fondness for snacks and fruit, with strawberries holding a top spot in her heart. Her eyes would light up when watching her four favorite movies repeatedly. The outdoors held a special place in her tiny heart; she cherished family outings which took her as far as Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico. Her siblings were her closest companions, but it was her older brother who knew just how to make her giggle. To her grandma, she was an absolute treasure. Animals, especially her dogs, held a dear place in her heart.
She leaves behind a legacy of love survived by her dear mother, along with her siblings Jonathan Lewis, Hailey Cheater, and Evan Namingha. While she may no longer be with us physically, her memory will be carried on forever in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
In the embrace of eternity, Calliope now joins her aunt Quinnel Namingha, watching over those who loved her dearly.
