Candelario Miranda Chacon (“Chacon”), 87, of Casa Grande passed away peacefully at his home on June 5, 2021 after battling the repercussions of Corona Virus.
He was surrounded by his 5 sons, their families, and loved ones. Mr. Candelario Miranda Chacon, was born in Rancho Santiago, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico 0n February 2, 1934. In 1960 he married his late wife Rosalia Tarango of El Fresnito, Chihuahua. They were married for over 58 years. During his time with us, he was a cattle rancher in Chihuahua, amassing 3 large ranches in Chihuahua, with over 889 head of cattle. Mr. Chacon would regularly take his boys to the ranch to work for 6 months out of the year. He started out working for a meat packing company in Chihuahua, then at the age of 17 he came to the United States where he worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 22 Years. After the Railroad he discovered his passion in Real Estate. Our Dad was all business and firmly believed that a ‘handshake’ sealed the deal.
Mr. Chacon is survived by, his 5 sons, Jose Antonio (Laura Lea) Chacon of Casa Grande, Eluterio Elias Lee (Claudia) Chacon of Casa Grande, Jaime Tarango Chacon, of Rhome, Texas,Jorge Tarango Chacon of Casa Grande, and Candelario Tarango (John) Chacon Jr. of Blueridge, Georgia, 10 grandkids, and 9 great grandkids. He is also survived by 1 brother and 4 sisters. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalia Tarango Chacon, both of his parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister.
