Carla Irene Bowen

CASA GRANDE - Carla Irene Bowen, 65, of Casa Grande died at home on Sept. 20, 2016.

Ms. Bowen was born on March 4, 1951, in Phoenix and was a daughter of Jane Askew. She was a casino security guard and had a passion for motorcycles and antique cars. She enjoyed the blues and would dance to any music. Her hobby was working with wood and craft projects, and she especially enjoyed her great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Lorri Kay Jaquee of Marion, Texas, and Geraldine Begay of Casa Grande; two sons, David and Josiah Keith of Casa Grande; her companion, Jose L. Almaraz; two sisters, Carole Gonsales of Casa Grande and Bobbi Prigge of Phoenix; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
