Carla Jackson

SACATON — Carla Faith Jackson, 44, died on Sept. 28, 2012, at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix.
The graveside service will be at 5 a.m. Saturday in East Sacaton Cemetery, with Pastor Aaron Johns officiating.
Ms. Jackson was born on Nov. 11, 1967, in Sacaton. She was a medical assistant and enjoyed listening to music. Football was her passion, and the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Wildcats were her favorite teams. She was an animal lover and had many pets. She was always willing to help others and really enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Survivors include two daughters, Kellen Jackson of Sacaton and Shannon Jackson of Casa Blanca; her partner, Lavelle Jackson; two sisters, Manuella Wilson-Ochoa and Mary Molina of Sacaton; a brother, Dwayne Whitman Sr. of Sacaton; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfredrick and Verna Jackson, and two brothers, Dushane Jackson and Aaron Holmes Sr.
