Carolyn Teresa Diaz-Bojorquez

SAN LUCY - Carolyn Teresa Diaz-Bojorquez, 38, died March 21, 2009 at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix.


The rosary service will be at 6 p.m. Monday at San Lucy Catholic Mission. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in San Lucy Cemetery.

Ms. Diaz-Bojorquez was born Aug. 10, 1970 in Phoenix. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Eddie Bojorquez Jr.; a daughter, Lavida Saiza of San Lucy; a son, Hector Saiza of San Lucy; a sister, Bonnie Manuel of San Lucy; a brother, Ronald Cipriano of San Lucy; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Victor Bojorquez, and her parents, Margaret F. Manuel and Joe Diaz.
