Celestine G. Flores Sr.

Celestine G. Flores, 73, of Florence died on September 3, 2023. Mr. Flores was born in Covered Wells on April 14, 1950, to Sarah Anselmo and Albert Flores. 

Celestine was known for his love of music and strong work ethic. He was a dedicated provider for his family, always striving to ensure their well-being. 

He is survived by his children Augustine Frank, Sadie, Rance, and Celestine Flores Jr. Additionally, he is survived by his siblings Jean Marie Cruz, Wilbert, and Jerry Flores. 

Celestine was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Briana Antone, and siblings Allie, Billy Joe, Roseann, and Clarence Flores Sr. 

Services will be on September 9, 2023, in Palo Verde, AZ. at San Francisco Xavier Church with visitation starting at 8 a.m. Rosary at 12:30 p.m. and Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at 4:00 p.m. at San Luis Cemetery, Tohono O’odham Nation.
