Charles A Hill

Charles A. Hill Jr was born May 11, 1934 to Arnold and Vada Hill in Whittier, California. He attended grade school in Gilbert, Arizona, and then graduated high school in 1952 at Chandler High. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1956. He is a Vietnam veteran, serving the United States of America in the Army. He farmed with his father for 40 years. He was part owner and served on the Board of Directors for the Maricopa Growers Cotton Gin and Sunstate Bank in Casa Grande. He served on the Board of Directors for Electric District #3. He was part owner of the Western Steak House in Chandler. Chuck and Judy were the proud owners of Cotton Hill Steakhouse in Casa Grande. He enjoyed spending the summer at his home in Pinetop. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Judy, daughter Angie Bornhorst of Casa Grande, three sons: Sammy Zabawa of Maricopa, John Hill of Casa Grande, and Doug Hill of Chandler. J Warren Funeral Services has been entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation service will be held at Cole & Maud Gardens Chapel, Saturday December 5, 2020 from 2:00-4:00 pm.
