COOLIDGE — Charles Truray "Skeet" Jeffery, 38, died on April 11, 2013, in Tucson.
Visitation began at 10 a.m. April 19 at New Destiny Christian Center. The funeral followed at 11, with Pastor Vince Smith officiating. Burial was in Florence Cemetery.
Mr. Jeffery was born on Jan. 8, 1975, in Pasadena, Calif. He spent most of his childhood traveling the Midwest and West with his grandfather. He worked in construction, cooked and took care of his sister and family.
When he set out to do things, he always accomplished them no matter what that required. He was known as a wise, peaceful, loving and caring man. He was a member of Ministry of Evangelism Community Outreach Church in Eloy.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Wright Jeffery; his parents, John and Francis Jeffery Hudson of Arizona City; five daughters, Keyahzane M. and Angela G. Jeffery of North Highlands, Calif., LaToya McCoy, Yanara and Daysha Jeffery of Coolidge; six sons, Charles T. Jeffery Jr. and Akashanae T. Jeffery of North Highlands, J-Twan and Areion Jeffery of Phoenix, Shenard and Jordan Jeffery of Coolidge; six sisters, Tieyekia O'Neil-Martin of Roseville, Calif., Li-creeia Bunn of North Highlands, Truecellia Johnson of Citrus Heights, Calif., Cecellia Green of Kansas City, Kan., Aliyha Jeffery of North Highlands and Sarah Ford of Las Vegas, Nev.; and a grandchild. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Charles and Trucella Jeffery.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
