Charles Miller

Charles Augustus Miller Jr., 88, of Casa Grande died on Sept. 8, 2012, at home.
A private service will be held later.
Mr. Miller was born on Dec. 30, 1923, in Hibbing, Minn., to Elsie Mae Cassidy and Charles A. Miller Sr. He served in the Navy and was an automotive technician and mechanic for Arizona Public Service Co. He was a member of Elks and enjoyed building and collecting model cars, planes and ships. He earned a pilot's license and enjoyed flying.
He is survived by three daughters, Linda Rhodes and Paula Fleming, both of Casa Grande, and Carla Gonzales of Buckeye; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Mae; a brother; a sister; and a grandson.
