**In Loving Memory of Clinton Slaughter**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clinton Slaughter age 52, who left us on January 24, 2025. Born to Clinton Braxton and Mary Slaughter on March 1, 1973, Clinton was a bright light in the lives of many.

Clinton had a passion for sports, often found cheering for his favorite basketball and football teams. He cherished every moment spent with his beloved family, embracing the joy of shared laughter and love with his mother, father, siblings, children, and grandchildren. His playful spirit shone through as he avidly played games on his phone and immersed himself in music, finding joy in working on his car with an infectious enthusiasm.

A truly remarkable person, Clinton was known for his loving nature, humility, and unwavering ambition. He touched the hearts of everyone who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness. Clinton was preceded in death by his father, James Milton McKinney, whose memory he held dear.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Mary McKinney, father Clinton Braxton Jr., along with his children: Clinton Slaughter Jr., Cobie Slaughter, Isaiah Slaughter, Quinton Slaughter, Gage Gant, Trevion McKinney, Taylor Slaughter, Kristina Slaughter, Iliana Slaughter, and Bethany-Rae Gant. He leaves behind his cherished siblings: Lamar Slaughter, James McKinney Jr., Jamaal McKinney, Damon Braxton, Clifford Braxton, Keosha Braxton, Ella Garcia, and Luria McKinney, along with a loving host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will carry his memory forward.

A celebration of Clinton's life will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the New Destiny Church in Coolidge, Arizona. Visitation will begin at 9 AM, followed by the Funeral Service at 10 AM, with burial to follow at Valley Memorial Park.

Services have been entrusted to J. Warren Funeral Services. Clinton's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be missed dearly, but his love and legacy will live on through the lives he touched.
