Cordelia Elaine Blackwater

Cordelia Elaine Blackwater died at the age of 79, on November 19, 2020 in Chandler. Cordelia was born on February 4, 1941 in Sacaton, to Isaac Osife and Ione Innis. Mrs. Blackwater loved watching crime tv, listening to jazz music and taking road trips with Galen. She especially loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her four children: Galen Blackwater, Faith Blackwater, and Travis Blackwater all of Sacaton and Randall Wiston of Chandler, twenty-one grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by both of her husbands, Vernon Wiston and Owen Blackwater, her parents, four brothers and sisters and three children: Duncan Wiston, Jolene Wiston and Jack Blackwater.
