Cyrus M. Moreno Jr.

Cyrus M. Moreno Jr., age 38, died on October 16, 2023, in Tucson. He was born on December 5, 1984, in Tucson to Rechanda L. Miguel and Cyrus Moreno Sr.

Cyrus loved Country music and was a fan of the University of Arizona and the University of Wyoming Cowboys football. He was a volunteer for the Tucson Rodeo, The Humane Society, and The Men's Shelter in Tucson. Known for his unwavering faith, compassion, and love for others. Cyrus worked as a caregiver with Accent Care serving the Casa Grande and the Tucson area. Cyrus touched the lives of many, he will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his siblings Edwin, Sonya, Angel, and Robert Moreno. Cyrus is preceded in death by his parents and one sibling.

Services will take place on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Miguel Residence in Kohatk Village. Burial will follow at Kohatk Cemetery in Tohono O'odham Nation. J. Warren Funeral Services, Mt. View are in charge of arrangements.
