Dale Emmet Rockafellow

Born in rural Mitchell County, Iowa; to Mary Lou and Laurence Rockafellow, the youngest of four children. He was baptized at Union Presbyterian Church in Stacyville, Iowa. He graduated from high school in St. Ansgar. He served in the US Army as a cook and coninued his interest and enjoyment of cooking for his whole life. He married Joan Rohne in 1954 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage, Iowa. They moved to Arizona City in 1983.
