Dallas Thomas Sr. went to be with our lord on March 30th 2021. He was born in Coolidge Arizona to Vincent and Marion Thomas. He was class valedictorian in high school, MVP in football, baseball, track and basketball. He moved his family to Los Angeles in 1967 and later returned back to Arizona to get his masters in sociology. He offered help to various tribes in the Tucson and Phoenix area. He started counseling to younger generations in Adobe mountain correctional facility. He moved forward to Perryville women's correctional facility, then stayed at the Florence prison facility, talking to inmates and helping them to correct their lives. His main focus in life was teaching.... he listened to whoever came to him for council. He was loved by his family, grandchildren, friends and siblings. His fight with different health matters continued till his final minute. His teachings, humor, and guidance will live on. He is preceded in death by both parents, wife, Delores Thomas his daughters Dawn Thomas, Lisa Manuel, grandson Bailey Manuel and granddaughter Melissa Thomas He is survived by his daughters Kristan Johnson, Jolene Thomas his sons Dallas Thomas Jr ; Brice Thomas, Adam Thomas, Andrew Thomas, Cameron Thomas, Lawrence Lewis plus all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
