Damarion Tishawn Thornton was born on September 12, 2003, in Banner Desert Medical Center, Mesa, Arizona to David Dwayne Thornton and Teawanna Ann Silas. He previously was employed on the assembly line at Lucid Motors in Casa Grande, Arizona. He attended school in Eloy and Casa Grande, Arizona.
Damarion’s parents instilled the love of God in him at an early age. Damarion loved working in the family food truck business, cars, outdoor nature, raising reptiles and dogs. He was known to be a loyal young man who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Damarion’s family members whose souls winged a flight from this world to a place of eternal rest and peace before him are his great-grandparents, Earthy B. Williams and Janice Griffin, Nall and Lola Silas, A.C. Chase and Lavern Chase-Livingston; uncle, Terrance Silas; and aunt, Sheila Williams.
Damarion leaves to cherish his incredible life and memories, his girlfriend, Justyce Martinez of Arizona; his parents; four brothers, Savion Ellis and Martez Thornton of Arizona, Tristan Washington and Trevian Thornton of California; one sister, Rhiann Washington of Arizona. He is also survived by his dear great-grandparents, Edgar and Lucille Ellis; grandparents, David Sr. and Alberta Thornton, Noyal and Barbara Silas; two uncles, Earthy B. Williams, Sr. and Er’ren Neely; five aunts, Nicosha Silas, Brandi Silas, Bridgette Silas, Jamie Silas and Tokosheya Neely, all of Arizona. Damarion also leaves a host of grandaunts, granduncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Services will be Saturday at Fountain of Living Water Church, 518 E. 2nd St., Casa Grande, Arizona 85122.Viewing at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m., repass at Lions Club in Eloy, Arizona. J. Warren Funeral Services is in charge of the arrangements.
