Daniel R. Rogers

Daniel R. Rogers, 80, passed away at his residence in Casa Grande, Arizona on March 15, 2024.  Born to Floyd and Beula (Marshall) Rogers in Eleven Mile Corner, AZ on September 30, 1943.  Dan served his country with the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1968.  

Dan was a beloved father, grandfather and best friend.  Those who knew and loved him knew him as a wonderful protector, provider and defender of many.  He was a man of unquestionable character.  Dan loved playing the guitar and singing, leatherworking, computers and target practicing.  

Dan was preceded in death by his parents, sisters and cousins.  He is survived by his children; Daniel Rogers II of Maricopa, AZ, Patricia Pace of Ada, OK, Rebecca Hardy of Boise, ID and Roberta Erben of Port Aransas, TX.  He also leaves behind grandchildren and great grandchildren and his best friend of 40 years, Dan Szabo.

Funeral services were held on Friday, March 22 at J. Warren Mt. View Cemetery in Casa Grande, AZ.  Military honors were provided by Ira H. Hayes American Legion Post 84.  All arrangements were entrusted to J. Warren Funeral Services Cole & Maud Gardens Chapel.
