Darrell Thomas Harding, 72, of Casa Grande died on Feb. 4, 2014, at home.
The celebration of life will be at 10 a.m. Monday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel.
Mr. Harding was born on Nov. 26, 1941, in Atwater, Minn., and was a son of Thomas A. Harding and Jessie L. Blahoski. He served in the Army and later was a truck driver in the sod business.
He was a member of Casa Grande 4 Wheelers and served as president. He also was a member of Arizona City Moose Lodge and enjoyed "Taco Tuesday Club," car racing and trips to the sand dunes. He loved watching "Jeopardy!" and was a trivia buff. He was well known for his story-telling skills.
Survivors include two sons, Doug Harding of Casa Grande and Kevin Harding of Albuquerque, N.M.; two stepsons, Justin and Trevor McCain of Casa Grande; two stepdaughters, Heather Torres of Casa Grande and Tiffany McCain of Arizona City; a sister, Linda Lawson of Arizona City; a half-sister, Lila Bergh of St. Cloud, Minn.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a twin brother and two half-brothers.
