Darwin Loyd Chandler

CASA GRANDE - Darwin Loyd Chandler, 75, died on Nov. 29, 2018.

Mr. Chandler was born on Feb. 20, 1943, to Luther Chandler and Ethel Garner in Amarillo, Texas. He was devoted to his family and was known as an intellectual man who lived to know the truth.

He was an excellent backgammon player and touched the lives of many who knew him.

Survivors include three adult children, Lanee Robinson of Round Rock, Texas, LynDel Long of Glendale and Leesa Chandler of Castle Rock, Colorado; two siblings, Royce Chandler and Sandra Clark of Tampa, Florida; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; a brother, Marvin Chandler; and a sister, Melvina Ritchie.
