Deborah enjoyed a successful career as a litigator, yet her true passions lay in her boundless generosity and love for her community. She had earned her Masters degree, and her intellect was rivaled only by her incredible kindness. Deborah’s laughter and kindness transformed the lives of those fortunate enough to cross her path. She had a unique gift of putting a smile on someone's face, even if that person was a stranger on the side of the road. Her infectious spirit was a bright beacon in the Ajo community, where she devoted much of her time to making a meaningful impact.

Her love for the Ajo community extended into her many hobbies. Deborah cherished spending afternoons at the community pool, engaging in her passion for arts and crafts, and her heart was endlessly devoted to fundraising for various charities. She had a special bond with her dogs, showering them with the same affection she reserved for her own children.

Deborah's family was the cornerstone of her life. She is survived by her devoted husband, John Baggett, and her son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Tambi Coleman. Deborah was a proud grandmother to Donovan, Aubrey, and Robert, as well as great-grandmother to Koa Sage. Her love extended to her sister, Crystal Owens, and she held a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews.

Deborah was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Sylvia Mullins Vetter, father, Larry Mullins, sister Carla Adams, and brother James Mullins Jr. While they may have departed from this world, the memories of her extraordinary spirit and unyielding love will forever resonate in the hearts of those who were privileged to know her.
